Do not expect an intact bridge
The surviving abutments stand on Deliçay east of Haydarbey neighbourhood. The district inventory interprets the remains as a single-arch bridge, with one support founded on natural rock and the other on built material.
An uncertain date
The account records no inscription or known builder. We therefore give neither a precise construction year nor a ruler’s name. Considering how the surviving pieces supported a crossing offers a more concrete way to read the remains.
Identify the right place
Use both Haydarbey and Deliçay when researching the site. Ask locally about access before including it in a trip; do not treat the ruins as a usable footbridge. Observe from a safe position rather than attempting to cross for a photograph.
